Sarah Jastram is a free artist and Professor of Business Ethics and Sustainability living in Hamburg, Germany.

She studied in Germany, Denmark and Australia and received her PhD in 2012 from the University of Hamburg.

In her academic work, Sarah Jastram is interested in sustainability and human rights and has given numerous talks and public lectures around the globe.

As an artist, she creates large-scale abstract paintings with a preference for strong color contrasts. Her work represents the interplay of arts and science, balancing both cognitive influences as well as a visual energy.
